We are renovating the building. The practice stays fully open while the work is done.
Onsite pathology is temporarily closed during the renovation.
We are welcoming new patients. Here is how to get started.
Book your first appointment
Book online with HotDoc, call (02) 4297 7170, or visit reception.
Arrive ten minutes early
You will fill in a short new patient registration form at reception.
Bring your cards
Your Medicare card, photo ID and any pension or concession card, plus a list of your medications and any recent reports or results.
Transfer your records
Ask reception for a records transfer form and we will request your history from your previous practice.
With a valid Medicare card, your GP and nurse visits are bulk billed, so there is nothing to pay. A few procedures carry a private fee, and we always tell you the cost first.
