Fees and billing

Paying and your rebate
When a private fee applies
The full fee is paid on the day. Any Medicare rebate is processed electronically through Tyro and goes straight back to your nominated account, and you receive an itemised receipt.
If you do not have a valid Medicare card
Patients without a valid Medicare card are charged private rates for all consultations and procedures, paid in full at the time of the visit. Please call reception to ask about current fees before your appointment.
Cancelling an appointment
Please let us know at least one hour before your appointment if you need to cancel or change it, so we can offer the time to another patient who may need urgent care. Without enough notice, a cancellation fee of $20 may apply for a standard 10-minute appointment, and more for a longer one.
