Same-day appointments

We keep appointments for urgent medical issues. Please call reception for availability.

Longer appointments

Let reception know when you book if you need extra time, for example for several health issues, a care plan, a mental health consultation or a procedure.

Phone consultations

Telehealth by phone is available for suitable appointments, and your doctor will call you at the booked time. To be eligible for a Medicare-funded phone consultation you need to have seen a GP here face to face in the last 12 months.

Repeat prescriptions

In most cases you will need an appointment for a repeat script. If your doctor has agreed to it, a repeat can be prepared without a consultation with at least 24 hours' notice.

Test results

Results can be given by phone once your GP has reviewed them, and only to you or a person you have authorised. If a result is abnormal we will contact you by SMS, mail or phone to arrange an appointment.

Referrals

A referral to a new specialist needs an appointment, and referrals cannot be back-dated. Repeat referrals to the same specialist can usually be done by telehealth.

Home visits

Our doctors can visit long-term patients at home when a visit is clinically appropriate and they are unable to come in. Please call reception to discuss.
